With incremental changes over the years, I can't believe how much my relationship with food has changed. I am no longer a food or sugar addict. If I’m sad, I let myself feel sad. I am conscious of my choices and hunger cues. And I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I eat for fuel and longevity now. All my initial health concerns are healed as well (my skin is clear, I have consistent energy levels and sleep better, my severe period pain is significantly reduced when I "bean-up").
Best of all, there is a secure feeling inside knowing that I have the tools to feel better, and that I know what’s best for me without falling for food marketing gimmicks. Working with Unique has been such a gift and I’m forever grateful.

Read MoreI still eat beans 2 times per day and add husk 2x per day, but I got a bit more flexible with everything. At the moment I do have a small cup of matcha or black tea and fruit every day and, occasionally, I eat sugar. Although I love nuts, I don’t eat them often and I feel like I don’t need them for energy. I still cannot believe that just one coaching call with Unique and "a few beans“ can make such a difference in my overall health and how good I now feel. I really cannot recommend enough to give TBP a try!
