Freedom to Nourish:
Group Coaching for those with a Bean Protocol
If you’ve been on your healing journey alone, welcome home.
If you’ve been on your healing journey alone, welcome home.
Our healing journeys are not all alike, but our struggles are always relatable.
In this group coaching circle, we have each others back.
Often someone else ask questions you’ve never thought of before, and all of a sudden we’re all getting incredible value and insights we otherwise would have missed.
Your victories are celebrated, your setbacks supported.
Let me explain.
If you’re here it’s because you’re already putting in the effort to make a change. You have a protocol, and you’re working toward your best health.
People who are unwell and try to live like other people, often get more unwell. You are different right now and you don’t need to try to fit in with everyone else. You can’t identify as a healthy person when your body is sick. Eating like everybody else is the worst thing you can do for you health.
Unfortunately, in the wider world, that kind of effort and dedication is often treated like something bad. People often don’t understand the difference between someone who is disciplined and someone who is restricted.
This all stems from having the wrong definition of freedom.

Unfortunately, in the wider world, that kind of effort and dedication is often treated like something bad. People often don’t understand the difference between someone who is disciplined and someone who is restricted.
This all stems from having the wrong definition of freedom.
Let’s start with what Freedom is not:
It’s not doing anything you want anytime. We all know that.
But when it comes to food, it’s easy to forget.
We crave, and we don’t want to feel restricted. So we give into our whims. And through all of that, we are being led by our emotions, by the culture we’re in, by our stress responses.
And when we follow those kinds of leaders, they take us right into the worst life has to offer — depression, anxiety, chronic illness, despair. Our bodies demand more comfort, we feed it more bad choices, and the cycle continues.
Where is the freedom in that?
Food was my everything. My companion when I was lonely or bored, and my friend when I felt sad, mad, insecure, or happy. Food was my addiction, my affliction, and where I hid. My disordered relationship with food started in my teens. I felt out of place, like I didn’t belong anywhere. I ate all the feelings I could not understand.
In my twenties, I healed my relationship with food but still no capacity to feel my emotions. I got stuck in the rebel and restrict cycle, also known as yo-yo dieting. Then, in my 30s, Crohn’s hit, and once again, I needed to reevaluate my relationship with food and my emotional body.
I got support. From other people who had done it before.
It fueled my energy to thrive, and handed me the keys to my ultimate happiness. I learned feelings are here to be felt, not numbed out. I feel them all now, and they are glorious teachers. In Feb I turned 48 and celebrated 11 years on protocol and I have never felt better.
In the darkness of my disease, I gathered wisdom, and the capacity to feel was built. A deep love for myself and my body was born. In my darkest years, I finally truly set myself free.
It’s crazy how many people sacrifice their health for other people’s comfort and approval. This is a place you can fit in because everyone is working on their health. It gives you space to nerd out without making a big deal of it with folks in your daily life, who aren’t on the same path.
Find deeper accountability after receiving your custom or e-course bean protocol.
Heal from a specific issue that is causing you immediate pain.
Support with eating well for fertility & the process of IVF.
Age gracefully!
Find people other like minded people who are prioritizing their health and wellbeing.
Keep chronic illnesses at bay.
Work through Peri symptoms and land gracefully into menopause.
Get back on the ‘the beany wagon’ after some time off the protocol.
Trust me, I used to be you.
In North America, we’re really big on feeling busy. Our media helps feed a never ending overwhelm. Our hustle culture demands more.
This is a one way street to shit hitting the fan. It’s a lot more expensive and scarier to wait until you fall so far down the rabbit hole that you’re in crisis mode — than to step up and take a few hours a month to orient to something far more productive than being busy.
