Do beans make you bloated?

Our gut bugs LOVE beans and when we eat them after not eating them for awhile they can get those gut bugs super excited ( they are creating short chain fatty acids from all that fiber) and we can get a little bloated. Go slow, soak them, cook them well and maybe use an herb called Epazote to help reduce bloating.
