Breakfast greens

  • 1 red onion

  • 2 bunches of collards- or chard or spinach.

  • Apple cider vinegar or lemon if you have histamine issues.


How I do it.

Wash and cut up those beautiful collards- or greens of choice. I use the stems too. Then I chop up the purple onion. Dash of apple cider Vinegar or 1 lemon squeezed. Enjoy with breakfast, lunch or dinner!
