The Calendar of Events

We will have a LIVE session together once per week for the first 4 weeks of the program, to help everyone settle in, answer questions and make tweaks to your plan as needed and then after that we’ll move to bi-weekly Live sessions.

All sessions start at 8AM PST and are recorded and will be available to the cohort in case you can’t make it live.

 

WEEK 0

Pre-protocol

A week before the first live sessions begin, we will open you up to your own experience with food and healing. The Non-Linear Nature of the Healing Process will be introduced, and you will have time and space to get accustomed to the online space. You will receive access to a fully customizable meal plan and symptom tracker to begin to prepare for your experience.

 

WEEK 1 | LIVE SESSION | JANUARY 12

The Bean Protocol + The Presence Process

In this session, I’ll be introducing the Presence Process; a way of reflecting on your relationship with food and how it affects your energy levels and overall health, as well as the connection between your emotions and food choices.

We’ll dig into the Bean Protocol in depth, and allow you to ask any questions that bubble up! We will also make space for what we’re taking a break from (the big 3(caffeine, sugar, and alcohol) and what we’re going to gain as a result of this exchange.

This is a foundational week for our 3 months together!.

 

WEEK 2 | LIVE SESSION | JANUARY 19

What Your Body Needs For Great Health
(All about beans, protein, fats, & fiber)

What your body needs is simple really, but like most things, we humans have made it feel complex. Pretty much everything in the human body uses protein, fats, & fiber for cellular support, repair and detox.

I’ve broken this protocol down to these three elements because what I learned from my own healing journey is that, if we eat these three things in the correct amounts, we are essentially giving our body the tools it needs to maintain our best health.

 

WEEK 3 | LIVE SESSION | JANUARY 26

Learning to Identify & Digest Your Stress: Presencing Rest

We will dive into a foundational understanding of how our groovy parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems positively or negatively effect our health and how your relationship to stress and rest can majorly impact the outcome. You'll be equipped with the tools and knowledge you need to set your hormonal health up for health and achieve a better sense of balance in your resting routines.

 

WEEK 4 | LIVE SESSION | February 2

Goddess Mode: Moving & Grooving Toward a Healthy Menstrual Flow (and Libido)

This week, we’ll be exploring the role that movement plays in balancing hormones and supporting your libido and fertility. We'll identify how different types of movement can have varying effects on your hormones.

By the end of the week, you'll have a comprehensive understanding of the link between movement, hormones, libido and fertility and how you can adjust your lifestyle to support your own version of Goddess Mode!

 

WEEK 5

The Body Talks! All about the Somatic Impact with Special Guest, Luis Mojica

Being in a constant state of fight or flight can really muck up the works.

 

WEEK 6 | LIVE SESSION | February 16

Live Office Hours: Q&A and Live Discussion Week

At this point you’ll be half way through the program, and experiencing SO much in your body, heart, and mind. We’re going to gather and open up threads, close gaps, and weave back into our intention, together.

 

WEEK 7

Circling Back to Your Presence process and REST

The transformation is in the returning. This is the perfect opportunity to celebrate your successes and recognize the hard work and dedication you've put in over the past several weeks. We'll provide guidance on how to identify any areas where you may have struggled and develop strategies for addressing them.

 

WEEK 8 | LIVE SESSION | March 1

Healing Takes Maturity

People come to me with a lot of wisdom about their own health that they don’t necessarily know or trust yet. As the person living in your vessel, you have this information in you. Often the inspiration that gets us started on our healing journey can wain and the next leg of the journey will need dedication. Showing up even when you don’t want to. This takes maturity.

In most cases we must shift our identity from a person who is up for anything, and willing to sacrifice our health for it, to a person who contemplates invitations through the lens of your best health and what you will need to help maintain it. This is what you’ll be invited to sit with.

 

WEEK 9

What’s bubbling up?

Take this time to get support from each other and Unique on how you’re integrating the Bean Protocol 2 months into the program. Check in with your symptoms and spend time reflecting on the progress that’s been made.

 

WEEK 10 | LIVE SESSION | March 15

The Difference Between a Healing Protocol and Longevity plan

I am often asked how to know when is it time to move from a healing plan to a maintenance plan and once feeling great, how to stay motivated to stay with the new healthy habits.

It’s easy to reach a “health” goal and have an emotional garage sale, adding back in all the old favorites and quietly forgetting about maintaining the great health you worked so hard to create. A healing plan is often based on what our body needs, and confronts what we want, or old habits. But, if nothing changes, nothing changes, and not only that, but if one goes back to the “old ways” the old health issues often return. So what to do? In this live we will discuss what it means to build your house of health- from the foundation up.

 

WEEK 11

Reflection: The Non-Linear Nature of the Healing Process

Some of us heal quickly, while some of us slog along with little victories lighting the uneven path ahead.Regardless of speed, our health at large is a reflection of our habits, beliefs and the structures we create to maintain health. You will be invited to contemplate what you’ve learned and how are you feeling. Are your changes sustainable - and if not - what tweaks can we make?

 

WEEK 12 | LIVE SESSION | March 29

Our Final Office Hours: What does Balance look like for you?

The concept of Hormesis - How to know when things are out of balance + what’s next. Over the last 12 weeks we have created a foundation for your best health, but often more time will be needed to fully realize the health goals you have for yourself.

Health is not a destination, it is a continuum so maintaining the foundation for your health will be key for long term wellness.We will also touch on how to navigate bringing back in some items you have been missing in a constructive way.

In week 10 we discussed the difference between a healing plan and maintenance this will be your guide to knowing when you depart the more “strict” healing plan and transition into more of a longevity of wellness plan
