My morning cup of calm
Years ago, I realized I needed to replaced my morning jolt with warm calm. Start my day centered instead of anxious. I played around with a few variations and ended up with this one. I love it, and I hope you do too. I have a home frothing machine, but I also like to warm up unsweetened nut or oat milk on the stove. I add fresh vanilla and grate some nutmeg into it; sometimes, I throw in a pod or two of cardamom, too, to spice it up some more. Also, I love cardamom.
What I do:
12 oz Raw Nut Milk
1tsp of vanilla
Pinch of cardamom or nutmeg or both. Sometimes I add in some collagen to make it more creamy—froth or warm on the stove. Cultivating Calm in a stressed-out world is a superpower. Enjoy! #beanprotocol #thebeanprotocol
