Peri-menopause lentil salad

1 cup green lentil and 1 cup sprouted black lentil.
1tbsp ground onion, cumin and garlic
Cook till soft - simmer on low and check often.
Add more water as needed.

In another pan-

Cook one yellow onion.
Add in a lot of broccoli and stems. Add in same mixture of onion, and garlic if desired.
Cook down. Put lid on to create steam. Add in lemon and salt.

Drain lentils. Mix lentils and veggie mixture together.
Toss on favorite protein. Or whole grain for a vegan protein. Simple but yummy.
